Lemon curd, lime zest and minerals with some ripe yellow fruits and excellent acidity. A very good Petit Chablis from just above Cote de Lechet. **

From the lieu-dit la Carrierre, sent in its entirety to a wine merchant in North Carolina. Ripe yellow fruits with a nose of clay. Medium body with good density. Not overly expressive, perhaps just tight today, but very good. **
