I’ve never made a secret of how much I love the wines of Domaine Daniel Dampt. I have just found out that two firsts for this year. Under the name of Maison Daniel Dampt, the team vinified grapes from the Grand Cru Bougros. As outstanding as their Villages and Premier Cru wines were, I can’t wait to see what heights Daniel Dampt can achieve with a Grand Cru terroir. The wine will be aged in oak barrels, also a first.
